Michelle Fuller

Michelle has been employed as a Senior Family Support Worker for the London Borough of Havering for almost 16 years. The role requires an in depth knowledge of safeguarding and SEN and an ability to complete an assessment on the family that captures the voice of all family members, awareness of local/national provision is also required to plan an appropriate way forward within a multi-agency setting.

She has been trained to facilitate an evidence based parenting programme directed at young parents and currently lead on fathers, domestic abuse and homelessness.

Michelle has been a governor of a local junior school for almost 8 years and have been Chair of Governors for the last 4 years.

She has also been a parent governor at Beal for almost 4 years and have recently been asked to step into the role of chair for the BBIH; I continue to be linked to SEN and safeguarding for the whole school.

In her spare time she enjoys kayaking and cycling with her teenage son.
