    Afon Taf High School are celebrating SID16 through a number of challenges both for pupils and parents. Events will also be held for the wider community.

    Botanic Primary School, Belfast

    We are holding an e-Safety afternoon for parents on 8th February. Pupils will take part in an e-Safety workshop on this afternoon. We are also holding an e-Safety poster competition.

    We are taking part in the UK Safer Internet Centre's London event on Safer Internet Day and visiting 10 Downing Street to share how we are playing our part for a better internet.

    We are working with a small group of children who will be the Digital Leaders & lead the e -safety assembly. They are also researching activities for their peers.

    LFC Foundation are proud to support Safer Internet Day by delivering a training workshop at Anfield Stadium for children from Merseyside and by promoting the key messages to all our partner schools.

    All students will participate in online safety quiz, we will send internet safety information leaflets to parents, have internet safety displays, a poster competition and an internet safety presentation running in school foyer.

    At Culvers House all children and staff will be coming together to help create a safer, more positive internet for everyone!

    Children will be having lessons about internet safety, completing activities online, watching videos about how to stay safe & discussing current problems online. Parents will also be involved!

    For Safer Internet Day 2016 each of our homes are putting together an awareness poster and we will have an external speaker visit our young people to facilitate some group work on safer internet use. All of the young people and staff will contribute to the awareness poster and our children in care council will also discuss the topic for their upcoming meeting.

    We are holding a whole school assembly at both Park and Stirling sites which will be run by our Digital Leaders. We have lessons planned and posters around the school.
