The speakers discussed ways to promote respect, inclusivity, and equality within schools and communities, while also offering tools for peer advocacy and leadership. The students were also able to answer questions and put forward their own ideas and suggestions on what they thought would be valuable. Through this experience, the students gained valuable perspectives on how they can be proactive in creating change within their own environments.
