This week, to mark National Apprenticeship Week, BSF welcomed back a former student Sophia, who left Beal in 2021 and is now completing a Level 7 Solicitor (SQE) qualification with KPMG.

Sophia shared her Beal journey with our Year 12 sixth formers and discussed the advantages of the higher apprenticeship pathway, which proved the best progression option for her.  Current students were keen to learn about the application process and hear about life as an apprentice.

We hope this experience has offered our sixth formers some insight into the apprenticeship pathway and perhaps offered some inspiration for their own career plans.  We thank Sophia for her time and for sharing her experience and expertise and we look forward to welcoming her back in the future.
