Our Key Stage 3 Art curriculum helps students develop creativity and self-expression. Students explore a wide range of materials, techniques, and processes, building fundamental skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Through engaging projects, they develop an appreciation for art history and contemporary practices, fostering a deeper understanding of visual language and cultural context.

At Key Stage 4 and 5, our AQA Fine Art and Photography courses allow students to refine their artistic skills and develop their unique creative expression. They engage in comprehensive studies of drawing, painting, printmaking, and mixed media, while exploring art history and critical analysis. Students create a diverse portfolio of work, demonstrating their ability to experiment, analyse, and present finished pieces, focussing on personal expression and thematic exploration. These courses prepare them for advanced studies or careers in the visual arts.
