OUR VISION
Our Key Stage 3 Design & Technology curriculum promotes creativity and fosters problem-solving skills. Students engage in hands-on projects, exploring materials, systems, and sustainable practices while designing innovative solutions for real-world challenges. Through collaborative and individual tasks, they gain confidence in using tools and technology, preparing them for future pathways in many aspects of design and engineering.
At Key Stage 4 and 5, our AQA 3D Design course encourages students to push the boundaries of their imagination. They delve into designing and creating three-dimensional structures and products, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. From initial concepts to final products, students develop a strong foundation in design principles, material manipulation, and critical analysis—equipping them for creative industries or further education.
